Returns

Every J.P. KANMA piece is one of a small run. We would rather you love it than keep it out of guilt.

What we accept
Unworn, unwashed pieces with the tags still on, sent back within 14 days of delivery.

What we offer
A full refund. Or an exchange for a different size, if we still have it.

Final sale
Sale items, custom pieces, and anything marked final sale at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to start a return
Email hello@jpkanma.com within 14 days with your order number. We will send you instructions within two business days. Return shipping is $9 and you pay it, unless the piece showed up damaged. Then we do.

Exchanges
If your size is still there, we will hold it and ship it the moment your original piece is on its way back to us.

Craft variation is not a defect
Satin stitch has small variations in it. That is the mark of the maker, not a flaw. A missed stitch, a real tear, or damaged fabric is a different story. Take a photo within 48 hours of the box arriving and we will make it right.
