Shipping policy

We ship from [CITY, STATE]. Every order is inspected, wrapped, and sealed by hand — often by Jessica herself — so please give us a few days to do it right.

Processing time 3–5 business days from order to shipment. The first week of a new drop runs longer — we'll send tracking the moment your piece is on its way.

Shipping within the United States Standard (5–7 business days): $9 Expedited (2–3 business days): $25 Complimentary standard shipping on orders $500+.

International shipping Available at checkout to select countries. Rates calculated based on destination. Please note: customs fees, duties, and import taxes are set by your local government and paid by the customer on arrival. These are outside our control.

Delays Weather, carrier holidays, and the occasional artisan pace can add time. If your order is taking longer than expected, email hello@jpkanma.com and we'll chase it down together.

Lost or damaged packages If your package arrives damaged, photograph everything — the outer box, the packaging, the piece itself — within 48 hours of delivery and email us. If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, start with your carrier, then let us know. We'll help you sort it.
